1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Buzzfrost for software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All client deliverables, source code, designs, and assets produced during paid engagements are fully transferred to the client upon final settlement of invoices, without licensing restrictions.

3. Service Engagements

Specific project deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and warranties are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Buzzfrost and the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

Buzzfrost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or reliance on preliminary estimates prior to formal agreement execution.
